SFTP 與 FTPS
SFTP:全名:SSH File Transfer Protocal說明:對於Ubuntu Linux的使用者，只要安裝好openssh-server，啟用ssh服務後，其實就已經內建一組檔案傳輸服務，不需要再加裝其他FTP服務。SSH內建的檔案傳輸服務，同樣提供加密的安全傳輸服務。架站方式:在Windows環境，使用WinSCAP軟體WinSCP 是在Windows中使用SSH的開放原始碼的圖形化SFTP用戶端。 WinSCP同時也支援SCP通訊協定。它主要的功能是安全的在電腦間傳輸檔案。 費用:無 |
FTPS:全名:File Transfer Protocal Secure Sockets Layer說明:FTPS是一種以擴展常用的文件傳輸協議（FTP）的添加了對傳輸層安全性（TLS）和安全套接字層（SSL）的加密協議的支持。架站方式:使用IIS費用:FTP本身不需要費用，而是SSL(憑證)是需要購買的，以下幾家業者所提供的價格(每個伺服器的價格)：
